Partially healthy bento for lunch: meatless spaghetti bolognese with Quorn mince and tri-colour bell peppers topped with mixed seeds and spring onions, and hash brown on a bed of lettuce and rocket / arugula topped with goji berries and pine nuts. All snugly packed in my 100 yen Daiso bento box. 🙂
