Hearty post-gym breakfast. Needed the colours of the rainbow to replenish the calories I burnt. 🙂
Reds: goji berries, tomatos
Greens: broccolli, Chinese leaves / napa cabbage, spring onions, wakame
Yellows: egg, tofu puffs
Grey: oyster mushrooms
The broth was a rich concoction of red miso, dashi, soy sauce, mirin, black pepper, white pepper, chilli flakes.
And don’t forget to eat it straight out of the pan. Who needs bowls?
