Wednesday Lunch Bento

California maki with a salad of mukimame (shelled edamame), rocket/arugula, tofu puff, pine nuts, goji berries, and excess avocado and kani (imitation crab).

Dressing: Excess lemon juice (which was used to coat avocado to prevent browning), soy sauce, mirin, sugar, black pepper, and sesame oil.
